Reservation fee: This payment is a one-time reservation fee that secures your nanny for the requested dates and covers nanny matching, coordination, availability checks, scheduling, and administration.
Non-refundable: The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Refund policy: The reservation fee will be fully refunded only if Little Peaks Nannies is unable to provide any nanny at all for the confirmed booking.
Beneficiary details: When making a bank transfer, please enter the beneficiary name exactly as shown: Lea Rutnik (Little Peaks Nannies).
Identification: Please include your family name in the payment note/reference so we can match your payment.
Currency & fees: All payments must be made in EUR. Do not pay in GBP or other currencies. Any bank charges or conversion fees must be covered by the sender (select 'OUR' or 'Sender pays all fees').
Processing time: Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the payment is received.
