  2. Review & Match: We check our nanny availability and suggest the best match for your family.

  3. Secure the Slot: Pay the 20% reservation fee to finalize the booking.

A one-time, non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm your nanny.
This fee is paid directly to Little Peaks Nannies and covers the expert matching process, coordination, and booking administration. It also guarantees that your nanny is reserved exclusively for your family’s requested dates.

The nanny’s hourly rate is paid directly to the nanny (by cash or card) at the end of the booking or as agreed. Please remember that the 20% booking fee you paid previously is an administrative fee and is not deducted from the nanny's hourly service rate.

Yes. For bookings made within 7 days of the required service date, a fixed 60€ last-minute reservation fee applies.

We believe in a balance of indoor and outdoor fun. Depending on the weather and your child's age, we enjoy sledging, snow-play, and gondola rides. For indoor time, our nannies bring a "nanny bag" filled with age-appropriate toys, books, and arts & crafts to keep them creatively engaged.

Yes, we offer evening care starting from 18:00. This is perfect if you’d like to enjoy a traditional Savoyard dinner or an après-ski evening. Please note that evening rates are slightly higher (see our Rates section).

If your child has a minor illness (like a common cold), we are happy to provide quiet, indoor care and follow your medical instructions. However, for more serious illnesses or high fevers, we ask that you stay with your child to ensure their well-being. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our full health policy.

While it is not mandatory, most families provide simple lunch supplies for the nanny if they are caring for children over the lunch hour. This ensures the nanny stays in the chalet with the children for a seamless routine.
